David’s construction experience started in the early 1970s when he was the neighborhood tree fort builder. While his friends were busy with organized sports he was always building a fort or dismantling something like an old lawn mower engine. Always passionate about what he did and with a natural entrepreneurial drive he started making wood candle holders, bookshelves and other household items and went door to door to sell them. He had more orders than the time or material to make them! Growing up in a blue collar neighborhood where most of his friends' dads were in the trades there was no other course for David to go. In his late teens, he worked his first big job on very large industrial commercial job site in the Boston area.

Three decades later and he has built over 40 homes, overseen major demolition projects, remodeled homes, developed land, and served hundreds of people across America with their construction needs.
